Shipping costs

All Seishou products come with free shipping, for national as well as international destinations.

As it pertains to non-EU countries, eventual custom fees will be charged to the customer.

Preparation time

Your order will be prepared in 10 to 15 business days (therefore not including Saturdays and Sundays). The production of your shoes will take a few days, as they will be made specifically for you.

Delivery

Once the order is ready, we will ship your products. The delivery time varies according to the destination, with the following timing:

• ITALY: 1-2 business days (except Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, the delivery to which will take 2-3 business days);
• EUROPE: 2-4 business days;
• REST OF THE WORLD: 3-6 business days;

We will notify you via email once the products have been shipped and we will provide you with the tracking for your order.

Delivery times provided by Seishou are to be regarded merely as indicative. An eventual delay does not legitimize the customer to refuse the delivery or request refunds.

How to track my order

You can check the status of your order through the tracking in the shipment confirmation email. You will be able to access the website Mail Boxes Etc. and fill the tracking information in the section “Search a shipment” (https://www.mbe.it/en/tracking).
