Returns Policy

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. The date on the courier’s delivery document will be considered the official delivery date.

To request a return, please fill out the Return Form and send it, signed, to customercare@seishou-jp.com. The form must include your order number, product codes, and any photos showing non-conformity with product descriptions.

Your return request will be valid if sent within the 14-day window.

Once the return is requested, you must send the product back within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. The product should be shipped to:

Product Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including any wrapping or tags. If the original packaging is missing, a €10 fee will be deducted from your refund. Items returned in a condition unsuitable for resale, without prior notice, will be sent back to you and the return will be considered void.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or damaged due to production or shipping, Seishou will cover return shipping and arrange pickup at your delivery address.

For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you may use a carrier of your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. If the return does not meet our conditions, the refund may not be issued.
