RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN REQUEST

The Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement with Seishou within 14 (fourteen) days, from the day when he or a third party, different from the carrier in charge, obtains the physical possession of the Product. The date indicated on the delivery receipt will prevail.

The right to terminate the Agreement must be enforced by the Customer by sending to Seishou a written communication attaching the specific “Return form” available at the following link:

The return form will contain an express declaration of the intention to enforce the right to terminate the Agreement, as well as the order number related to the Agreement he wants to terminate. The return form must be signed, scanned, and sent to the customer care email customercare@seishou-jp.com, attaching eventual photographic evidence that the product received doesn’t conform to the description of the product itself on the e-commerce website.

For the purposes of complaining with the terms, it is enough that the Customer sends the communication related to the right to termination within the termination period.

In case the Customer enforces the right to terminate, he must return to Seishou the Products without any delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the communication of the termination. The term complies if the Customer sends the Products within 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of the termination.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and delivered, with all of its original packaging, so that all the necessary checks and verifications by Seishou can be guaranteed, in order to determine that the characteristics and the functions of the product have not changed. If the item does not return to the premises with its original packaging, it may be subject to a €10 fine, which will be deducted from the amount of the refund to be made.

If the returned product is returned to Seishou in a condition that is not suitable for resale , without prior notice of its condition in the return form and for reasons that cannot be ascertained, the same product will be returned to the sender.

If the product delivered to the customer has quality or manufacturing defects attributable to the company, the production process or transport, the return will be borne by the Seishou company, which will proceed to collect the product from the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase (unless a change of address is expressly requested by the customer). The day and time of collection will be agreed upon with the customer after the return request.

For any other reason, the return will be charged to the customer, who will be able to return the product with the shipping service of his choice.


REIMBURSEMENT

When Seishou has received confirmation that the product returned by the customer has returned to the warehouse and that the conditions of the same comply with what was indicated by the customer in the return request, all payments that the customer has made in favor of will be refunded. Seishou, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day Seishou received the returned product.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction; the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund will be suspended by Seishou until the goods are received. The refund will be made only after Seishou has verified the conditions of the product. The product must be returned intact, in normal wear. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal in a way that does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in this article, he will not be entitled to a refund.
